On April 9, Pine View Association proudly hosted its first-ever High School Athletics Reception, honoring eight senior student-athletes who will continue competing at the collegiate level.
This year's honorees will compete in rowing and swimming at some of the nation's most distinguished universities:
Gabi DeLeo:Women's Rowing, Georgetown University
Anna Kim:Women's Rowing, Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Zinnia Kuipers:Women's Rowing, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
Cole Reuter:Men's Rowing, Columbia University
Eli Ward:Men's Rowing, Columbia University
Danica Aten:Women's Swimming, United States Naval Academy
Clare Custer:Women's Swimming, Harvard University
PVA coordinated with Pine View's College and Career Center and school administration on the planning. Mr. Bergman, senior college counselor, was essential to the success of this event.
